Out of the safety and concern of our musicians, audience members and volunteers, we have decided to reschedule our Sunday March 1st “Latin American Greats” concert to a later date. We will likely perform this program in June or July. More info coming soon!
Our wind extravaganza returns with a colorful program of music for flute, clarinet, oboe, bassoon, and horn.
CCCO violinist Sophia Szokolay honors her heritage with a performance of her grandfather Sándor Szokolay’s powerful Violin Concerto. The program also features Grażyna Bacewicz’s bold and expressive Concerto for String Orchestra and Leoš Janáček’s richly textured Suite for Strings—a vibrant tribute to the Eastern European musical legacy.
